How crates work

Crates on Code Blue need no key. A crate is an item: hold it and place it anywhere to open it. The ground around you turns into a platform, and a ring of chests falls from the sky. Punch (or right-click) the number of chests the crate allows, and each one pays out. Once you've picked, the chests you didn't choose open too, so you can see what you missed.

• Pick 6 of 8 means 8 chests land and you open 6 of them. Every pick is a separate roll on the crate's table below.
• Preview first: hold a crate and right-click the air to see everything it can hold.
• Don't wander off. You have 60 seconds to make your picks. If time runs out, or you walk too far away, your remaining picks are chosen for you and paid straight away.
• Payouts grow with you. Most currency rewards are worth a set amount of your own mining, like "10 min of mining" in tokens. A crate is worth the same share of your play on day one as it is later on.

Tip: gems are never a crate reward. Gems only come from the store, a few places you earn them, like voting and the Battle Pass, and selling cosmetics on the marketplace.

Community crates

A community crate holds the same as its regular crate, and also gives everyone online a boost.

Cosmetic Capsule

A capsule holds looks only, nothing that boosts. Pick 3 of 6 chests, and the picks in one capsule are never the same look twice. Whatever you win is yours for good: wear it from /cosmetics (see Cosmetics).

Capsules are sold in /store (Cosmetic Capsule for 400 gems, 3x Cosmetic Capsule for 1,100 gems, 5x Cosmetic Capsule for 1,700 gems). Kingpin gets one free every month and Warden gets two.

Chances are per pick. A particle is the rare pull, and the whole server hears about it.

Crates you earn

These aren't sold. You get them by playing, and they open the same way.
