1. In short
We keep what the game and the website need to work - your Minecraft name and ID, your stats, and a few cookies - and nothing to sell. We don't sell or rent anyone's data, and we don't run advertising trackers.
2. What the server shares
When you play, the server sends the website your Minecraft username and UUID, your skin, and your progress: prestige and rebirth, blocks mined, playtime, currency balances, your pickaxe and its enchants, your gang, your in-game settings, and when you first joined and were last seen. It also shares punishments (bans, mutes and warnings) and the grants of ranks and cosmetics on your account.
Like any Minecraft server, the server itself handles your IP address to connect you and to enforce bans. That stays on the server and isn't shown on the website.
3. What the website keeps
- Staff accounts sign in with an email address, a password (stored only as a secure hash) and a two-factor code; a trusted device is remembered with its IP address so it isn't asked every time.
- Staff and builder applications are made in a private ticket on our Discord, so the answers you give stay in that ticket for the team to review.
- The release list keeps an email address you choose to give, only to send the launch announcement.
- Failed sign-in attempts are counted for a short while to stop password guessing.
4. Purchases
The store's checkout is run by Tebex. They collect your payment details, email and billing information and process the payment under their own privacy policy; we never see your card. We receive the order: which pack was bought, for which Minecraft name, and when, so the gems can be delivered.
5. Cookies and storage
The website uses a few cookies, all of them needed for it to work:
cb_sessionkeeps staff signed in.cb_gateremembers the preview password while the site is in preview.
It also keeps a few things in your own browser's storage, never sent to us: your basket, the name you're buying for, which announcement you closed, and your account menu so the header draws quickly. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
6. What's public
Profiles, leaderboards, gangs and the punishments page are public: anyone can see a player's name, skin, stats and record. Players who hid parts of their profile when the site had player accounts keep that setting; to hide yours now, open a ticket in our Discord.
7. How long we keep it
Game stats and records are kept while the server runs, so leaderboards and history stay complete. Sessions expire on their own. Release-list emails are deleted once the launch announcement is sent. Staff applications are kept until they're decided and for a while after, in case of questions.
8. Your choices
You can ask to see the data we hold about your account, to correct it, or to delete what isn't needed to keep punishments and purchases on record. Open a ticket in our Discord from the account in question. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we'll honor them.
9. Changes and contact
We'll update this page when what we collect changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Open a ticket in our Discord.
