The rules of using Code Blue
These terms cover playing on the Code Blue Minecraft server, using Code Blue's website and buying from its store. By doing any of those, you agree to them.
Code Blue is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy anything from the store.
You need your own Minecraft: Java Edition or Bedrock Edition account. Everything you earn in game - money, tokens, shards, items, ranks reached by playing - exists only on the server, has no value outside it, and can't be exchanged for real money.
The rules are part of these terms. Breaking them can lead to a warning, a mute, a ban or a reset, as the rules page describes.
You can link your Minecraft account to the website with /link. Keep that account to yourself: you're responsible for what's done with it. Selling, sharing or trading accounts isn't allowed, and gems, ranks and cosmetics stay with the account they were given to.
If a purchase didn't arrive or something went wrong, open a ticket in our Discord and we'll sort it out. Because gems are delivered right away, purchases aren't refundable once received, except where the law says otherwise.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first leads to a ban from the server and store.
Staff can mute, ban or reset any player who breaks the rules or these terms, including players who have bought from the store. A ban for breaking the rules doesn't entitle anyone to a refund. You can appeal a punishment through our Discord.

We work to keep the server and website running, but can't promise they'll always be available. Seasons, resets, features and economies change as the game grows. We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept it.
The server, website and store are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Code Blue isn't liable for indirect losses, lost progress or downtime, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the last six months.
